Original vintage 1950s black flocked taffeta full circle swing skirt.

he skirt has a high fitted waistband with a very full circle cut and flocked velvet pattern all around. Cut to ballerina length. Unlined. 

Style with ballet flats and a classic vest or crop top for day and sequins or velvet for the evening.
